The Subaru Short Code Service (“the Service”) offered through short code 48700, as well as linked web pages and content provided therein, is owned in whole or in part by DCI Marketing Inc. under license from Subaru of America Inc. (“Subaru”). Portions of the content may be owned directly by Subaru. In addition, portions of the Service may be provided by Twilio Inc. (www.Twilio.com). Therefore, by using the Service, you are agreeing to the following DCI Short Code Terms of Service and DCI Privacy Policy, as well as the Twilio Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Legal Policies, text STOP to 48700 and cease use of the Service.
These are the terms of service for the Short Code service offered through the short code 48700 regarding information about Subaru vehicles. Please read these terms and conditions of use and service carefully. THESE TERMS OF SERVICE MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT TO THIS PAGE OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), create an agreement between DCI Marketing Inc. (“the Company) and individuals that access and use the Service, directly or indirectly (“Customer”, “You” or “Your” and terms of similar meaning).
The Service is provided in part using third-party technology provided by Twilio Inc. and administered by the Company to provide you information regarding Subaru vehicles, events, and related information. Content sent through the service is provided for informational purposes only, and is not binding. Vehicle pricing and information can change at any time, and must be confirmed at the time of purchase.
This service will provide opted in users with a link to a microsite for more information on content found on SubaruTV.
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 48700. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 48700. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages that are sent by Us or by You. We therefore do not guarantee that you will receive every message sent by us, nor that we will receive every message sent by you.
Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered to You if Your mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond United States Carriers’ control may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that some messages might not be timely received (or not received at all) and that United States Carriers do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1 message per enrollment from us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is your responsibility to contact your wireless provider. The Service is provided using third-party technology provided by Twilio Inc. (“Twilio”). The Twilio application and the associated Twilio website available at www.twilio.com are owned and operated by Twilio Inc. and not DCI Marketing Inc. (“DCI”) and/or Subaru. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of Twilio and DCI’s policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any information you submit using the Service. This includes Personal Information, which is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, e-mail address, user ID number, and other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing, as well as Anonymous Information, which is information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information and does not permit the identification of individual persons.
By accessing or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the Twilio Privacy Policy. Your Personal Information may be processed by us in the country where it was collected as well as other countries (including the United States) where laws regarding processing of Personal Information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Service and we do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from those who are under 13 years old. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. Thus, if we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove that user's Personal Information from our databases. We recommend that children between the ages of 13 and 18 obtain their parent's permission before submitting information over the internet. By using the Service, you are representing that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents' permission to use the Service.
In general, we collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily through the Service, including your phone number. We also collect information regarding your interaction with the Service, e.g., post-response conversions and site tracking and analytics when you visit one of our web sites through a link provided by the Service. You agree that any such comments and any email we receive becomes our property.
